Columbus Signature Academy - CSA Central

CSA Central offers the benefits of a small learning community while practicing collaboration, critical thinking, and community outreach with all of the benefits of a large school setting.

CSA Central aims to create students who are able to collaborate effectively, practice personal agency, and communicate clearly.

​Our students engage with many different communities, inside and outside the school. They impact thousands of lives through their hard work in community-focused projects.

On the stage

I've been playing saxophone since 1986, working with orchestras, big bands, jazz combos, and as a solo artist. 

​

I play a Paris Selmer Super Action 80 Series II alto saxophone from 1988. I also double on tenor, clarinet, flute, and some piano.

In the classroom...

As an educator and mentor, I love to help people learn, grow, and develop. Through effective design and assessment, learners gain real-world skills to help them navigate their own paths to achievement.
 

Through goal setting, learners reach for their very best! Through change and process improvement, my students develop core strengths in collaboration, public speaking, and civic engagement.
